The Appart'Hôtel Terres de France Rouen Flaubert
Appart’Hôtel Terres de France Rouen Flaubert is a modern hotel residence located in the heart of Rouen’s Flaubert district (Rive Gauche). The advantages of this residence are many: an excellent location on Rouen’s left bank (directly accessible from the A28 and A13 motorways), close to public transport (streetcars and buses), excellent facilities (beds made up, breakfast service and spa/hammam at extra cost), and comfortable, well-equipped apartments. This establishment is ideal for both family vacations and business trips to Rouen and the surrounding area. A restaurant is available at the foot of the Appart’Hôtel, and a gas station is just a few meters from the residence.
The apartments (studio to T3) at Appart’Hôtel Terres de France Rouen Flaubert can comfortably accommodate 2 to 6 people. All apartments are fully accessible and feature a bathroom with shower and WC, as well as a fully-equipped kitchenette, ensuring a fully independent stay. The residence has a free wifi network (at reception and in the apartments) as well as a secure covered parking lot (optional) and a beautiful sauna/hammam (extra charge).
As for accessibility, the Appart’Hôtel Rouen Flaubert has 2 elevators and the quayside is equipped with an elevator.
